I asked Maycie this morning if she wanted to come sit at the table and eat her oatmeal. Her reply, "No mom. I'm fasting."
A few minutes later. "Maycie are you done fasting yet?" "No mom. Fasting takes a long time." I guess they really do listen, even if you don't think they do.

oh man - too cute!! i love it - i fasted for the first time since i was prego this month and it was SOOO long!! miss you a ton!
